I always feel at home when I stay at the west inn the manager is a very nice and understanding person. I’m glad it’s still good successful people in the world!And the housekeeper are nice hard working people who always make sure that you everything you need with no problems.

The front desk guy is always polite. Explains check out and few other rules. Great guy. I didn’t realize that. Got a room with my own bathroom and that was kewl.

Location is great very close to Hollywood Boulevard and close to shops and restaurants.

Lived in, rough around the edges, and definite underbelly location.

The floors were dirty and the TV inside the room didn't even work. Also the A/C unit was very strong as the room felt completely stuffed up and extremely warm

I was confident the towel was clean! but low bar isnt it. I could lock my door and felt safe another low bar though. The staff were not there on arrival but not too far away and were polite and hospitable.
